Policies and FAQ’s

Policies

  • Please arrive to your appointment on time to ensure you are able to receive your full service. If you are late to your appointment, I reserve the right to either reschedule you or skip your blowout/style in order to not delay other appointments, as that would not be fair to the other clients after you.

  • Please do not come to your appointment with tangled, matted or wet hair. This can result in an extra charge due to the extra time it takes to detangle and/or dry the hair prior to the service.

  • Please come prepared to your appointment. If you have a long color service scheduled and know you will be with me for several hours, please bring snacks, drinks, laptop, etc. I want to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible during our time together. You are always welcome to order food for delivery as well.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must give at least a 48 hour notice. This allows another guest the opportunity to take your space and allows your stylist to recover the income from your missed appointment. If notice is given with less than 48 hours until the appointment, a non-refundable 50% retainer must be paid in order to reschedule the appointment. If you no call/no show, you will not be allowed to reschedule and will be blocked from scheduling any future appointments.

  • If you are wanting an adjustment to your hair after having a service, you must reach out within seven days after the date of your appointment to get an appointment scheduled. I do not offer refunds, but I am always happy to adjust something for you if you are not 100% in love with your hair.

  • Please come as you are and do not EVER apologize for being in a bad place mentally, for needing to vent, needing quiet time, etc. I am here for you no matter what and want you to always feel safe and comfortable just being yourself. Please do not hesitate to let me know what you need, I am more than happy to accommodate you in any way that I can. :)

Please find inspiration photos where the person has a similar hair texture and density as you.

  • The length of your appointment can vary greatly depending on many factors such as hair density, length and the service(s) you are receiving. I am able to give an estimate on timing after a consultation.
